The Art of Client Communication: Building Trust Through Verbal & Nonverbal Communication in Massage Therapy is a 4-hour, fully online and interactive continuing education course designed to help massage therapists communicate with greater awareness, confidence, compassion, and professionalism.

Every massage session involves communication—often before a client ever says a word. This course explores how verbal and nonverbal communication influence trust, comfort, boundaries, and the therapeutic relationship.
